Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the supply and production planning process, ensuring timely procurement and efficient supply chain management.
• Issuing purchase orders (POs), managing procurement activities, and maintaining a steady supply of finished goods and materials.
• Involving daily interaction with suppliers and internal teams to align procurement needs, addressing product availability issues, and conducting weekly planning reviews.
• Adjusting procurement requirements and inventory levels as needed and developing and managing supply plans to align with production schedules and demand forecasts.
• Performing purchasing activities and managing supplier relationships to secure the necessary quantities of goods and materials.
• Coordinating with supply planning, production scheduling, quality assurance, and sourcing teams to align procurement and supply strategies.
• Overseeing end-to-end supply planning and management from both internal and external vendors.
• Collaborating with suppliers, commercial teams, and regulatory affairs & quality assurance to ensure an effective supply process.
• Assessing the impact of supply constraints and adjusting to meet customer expectations while minimizing cash outflow and mitigating risks related to excess or obsolete inventory.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Supply Plan Attainment, Safety Stock Health, Capacity Utilization, Back Order, and Lead Time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management or procurement.

• Experience in the medical device industry is highly preferred.
