Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly proficient C#/.NET Software Engineer to join our client team part-time. The ideal candidate will represent the company, engage directly with clients from various industries, present projects and actively participate in meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the company's representative in client meetings, presenting projects, understanding client requirements, and providing expert technical insights.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication.
- Understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
- Provide ongoing technical support and mentorship to the development team.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Demonstrate proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and either React or Angular to develop, test, and maintain web applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development using C#, ASP.NET, and React/Angular.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering software projects.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (React/Angular) and back-end technologies (ASP.NET).
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work in the EST time zone.
- Flexible availability for part-time work, with the potential for hours to increase based on project needs.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate of $40.
- Initial 1-week trial period to assess skills and fit.
