If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv. **Job Title** Senior Client Training Professional **What does a successful Senior Client Training Professional do at Fiserv?** You will provide new hire and ongoing training and professional development for Bank of America dedicated support. You will be responsible for assessing needs, developing content and delivering high quality, innovative learning solutions that build the expertise, skills and capabilities needed to achieve business goals. You will be responsible for optimizing the return on investment in learning and development. **What you will do:** + Consult with key stakeholders and assigned client(s) to understand business and organizational goals, gather business requirements to recommend learning and development solutions, and deliver learning programming and content. + Prepare and conduct training sessions on processes and products for continued learning. + Partner with product, process, and SMEs to ensure continuous updates to all content within new hire and continuing education programs and procedures. + Plan and direct virtual and other classroom-style training. + Aid in the development and implementation of measurement processes for training. **What you will need to have:** + 2 years of experience in Financial/Merchant Services. + 2 years of experience in developing, implementing and facilitating classroom, online and virtual training programs using adult learning principles in a corporate setting. + Ability to travel 20% **What would be great to have:** + 1 year of advanced platform experience (TSYS, North & South) + Experience in the production and delivery of hands-on training, webinar training, classroom-style training, and 'Train the Trainer' courses. + Experience in adult learning methodologies. + Experience with Fiserv's Merchant products and back-end systems.
