Our focus on excellence and commitment to safety make STRUCTURAL a preferred choice for professionals seeking a stable and rewarding career.To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil / Structural Engineering or related field of study10-17 years of relevant experience within the industrial construction and / or restoration industryCandidates must exhibit strong leadership, mentorship and supervision to Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.Demonstrated capability to successfully manage/negotiate construction projects up to roughly $5 Million - $15 Million in contract value.Strong understanding of project financials including projections, P&L, production rates, etc.Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects.Previous experience managing projects that include structural concrete repair, waterproofing, concrete strengthening, and/or industrial maintenance projects are plus.Candidates should be prepared for travel, with the ability to spend up to 30-40 % of their time supporting the LA office.***Salary range: $130K – 170K (commensurate upon experience)***Our ideal Senior Project Manager candidate is an innovative but decisive individual who can work effectively in a highly collaborative, team-based environment; has the ability to set goals and expectations and hold others accountable; can encourage and mentor others; is approachable, empathetic and outgoing; can quickly gain trust and respect; and is able to establish and maintain relationships.STRUCTURAL provides a challenging work environment where employees contribute to creative solutions.
