What You'll Be Doing:
Representing a diverse range of clients in complex business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Advising on matters related to commercial litigation, intellectual property, and hospitality law.
Drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Collaborating with a team of attorneys to develop strategies that meet our clients' unique needs.
Staying ahead of industry trends to provide proactive legal solutions.
What You Bring:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership with the Florida Bar.
5+ years of experience in corporate, business, or commercial law.
Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
A knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
Recognition in the legal community is a plus but not a must—we value your drive and passion just as much.
