Brooks Insurance services is looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) customer service representative to join our growing team.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per year

Responsibilities
Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
Provide ongoing engagement and satisfaction through consistent communication.
Assist clients in evaluating renewal options and making informed decisions.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
Monitor insurance claims.
Continuing education to keep up with market changes.
Requirements
Licensing Requirements: Currently have a 4-40 or a 2-20 license
Proficient in sales administration tasks.
Strongly preferred is a bilingual candidate who is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Sets ambitious targets and works diligently to surpass them.

Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
