Senior Customer Support/Account Representatives handle incoming phone calls to provide support on various service inquiries related to Client's accounts.&
The role requires delivering accurate and efficient responses while consistently meeting department performance metrics.&
Support areas include Cash Management products and services, Client's Online (client website), Mobile App, and general financial or account-related inquiries.&
This position is ideal for individuals who are highly professional, career-driven, and committed to delivering World-Class Service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming service calls related to Client's accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide functional support for Cash Management products, Client's& & Online, and the Mobile App.
Address general account and financial-related inquiries.
Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Multi-task and adjust quickly to changes in a dynamic financial service center.
Required Qualifications:
College Degree.
Previous contact center experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to adjust quickly to changes in procedures and workload.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a financial services contact center.
Knowledge of Client's products and services.
