This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring our brand’s visual identity is consistent and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute design projects, including print materials, digital assets, marketing collateral, and more.
• Develop and maintain our brand’s visual identity across all platforms.

• Create engaging and effective designs for social media platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and engaging campaigns.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Stay current with design trends and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.

• Knowledgeable in social media design and marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
