Key Responsibilities

Lead digital marketing strategy development by crafting and implementing customized sales strategies to drive client success and exceed sales targets.

Mentor and guide a team of Digital Marketing Strategists, providing leadership and fostering professional growth to drive team success.

Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and participation in industry events.

Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring that each campaign is aligned with client goals, executed effectively, and delivers measurable results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment of strategies and client objectives.

Continuously monitor and analyze digital marketing trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to ensure that client strategies remain cutting-edge and competitive.

Present, promote, and sell digital marketing solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.

Handle contract negotiations and pricing discussions to align client needs with business goals.
