Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with at least 8 years in performance digital marketing, encompassing SEO and paid media.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams or projects, preferably within an agency or in-house role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms.
- Experience in the healthcare vertical is advantageous.
- Must be within a commutable distance to Jersey City for occasional in-person meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for agency clients and prospects, including competitive analysis, clear objectives, and actionable steps.
- Engage with stakeholders, respond to RFPs, and present marketing proposals and briefs to clients and prospects.
- Create strategic SEO and paid media plans tailored to individual projects.
- Manage SEO content workflow and team members effectively.
- Collaborate with the paid media lead and CEO to refine paid digital strategies and processes.
