About the Job
Major/Essential Functions
Lead and Manage: Provide direct oversight and management of the TTU System's investment, endowment, and debt accounting functions, including mentoring and leading a dedicated professional staff member.
Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports for Texas Tech University System Administration (TTUSA), ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Investment Fund Accounting Management: Manage and oversee the unitization of the TTU System Long Term Investment Fund (LTIF), including maintaining accurate general ledger entries and managing unitization software.
Audit Coordination: Collaborate in the coordination of audits for Texas Tech Foundation Inc. (TTFI), Angelo State University (ASU), and Carr Foundation, ensuring timely and accurate audit processes.
Regulatory Support: Assist in the preparation, implementation, and modification of TTUSA System regulations, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our financial systems.
