Qualifications you'll bring:
- At least 10 years of business experience in a high-performing, diverse team environment, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven track record in large, cross-functional projects and programs.
- Minimum of 5 years in management roles, with a preference for those who have led process optimization and business transformation initiatives.
- Certifications in process management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and project management (PMP) are advantageous.
- Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth.
- Humility to play as a team.
- Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred but not required.
Preferred, but not required:
- Proficiency with Microsoft digital tools and technology stacks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and collaboration abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing both teams and projects.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, navigating through dependencies and identifying high-value opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge and implementation skills for new and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on opportunity identification, value proposition, and alignment with corporate strategies.
- Understand and leverage MVP enterprise strategies, make data-driven decisions, and advance the use of appropriate technologies.
- Implement a process to address areas of challenge, determine key improvement opportunities, build a targeted improvement plan, and determine measures of success.
- Develop and build content to help operational teams understand MVP's digital tools and possibilities.
- Work with cross-functional partners/teams to support the deployment of new technology and processes in targeted areas, including training materials, step guides, etc.
- Provide regular status reports on progress and risks to delivery for prioritized efforts.
- Work with product and business owners to ensure alignment with other enterprise roadmaps.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure adherence to approved tools or identification of additional technologies as applicable.
- Support the VP, Business Transformation in day-to-day task execution, operations, and special projects.
- Support ad-hoc requests from the Executive Leadership team.
