About the Job
The Marketing Arm is looking for a rock star "Sr. Director of Influence Integration" to collaborate with TMA Practice leads and Account teams on all facets of program development and client relations from RFP stage to campaign completion, including but not limited to campaign architecture brainstorming, contracts and content approvals, campaign analysis and reporting, and related strategic account management duties. Additional responsibilities may include contribution to strategic business activities including pricing, FTC guideline evolution and assurance, authoring "thought content” for marketing purposes, liaising with Influencer Talent and Talent management, and other efforts as needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the agency’s Head of Influence Marketing, and collaborating with Sr. Director, Influence Strategy and Sr. Director, Influence Operations, you will develop, implement and optimize progressive influence marketing concepts, programs and campaigns across all channels for our existing clients, practice groups and prospective new business.
Your accountabilities:
- Manage and work with Account teams to answer clients’ daily questions, issues, and feedback, sharing with management as needed
- Work cross-functionally with Account and Influence teams to ensure successful client on-boarding, continued client success, and recurring business relationships
- Manage timelines both internally and with clients
- Lead or participate in brainstorms and help come up with creative ideas for Influence campaigns
- Maintain strong relationships with internal Account teams and clients to ensure long-term success; be able to identify opportunities to expand TMA’s level of service with each client, and work with the Account teams to follow through on those opportunities

- Enjoy strong relationships with influencer talent as well as influencer talent representatives
- Possess solid knowledge of industry-leading digital analytics platforms and can navigate with ease
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and a track record of providing consistent, quality work to clients and teams
- Have strong written and oral communications skills, and a proven ability to develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients alike
- You are a self-starter, effective at both working independently and leading a growing team, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment on concurrent projects
