Responsibility includes:
Execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. They ensure achievement of restaurant objectives is reached in all areas while following all Company guidelines. They also ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices, as well as providing leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate district leadership and management teams.
This individual must have experience as a District Manager in the restaurant industry, with high personal standards, and be customer focus driven.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversees the market's fiscal and operational management.
- Maintains field-visibility of District performance.
- Timely compliance of company and franchisor standards for food safety, security, safety, and employment matters including staffing and labor laws.
- Enhances the image of the Company by ensuring product integrity.
- Coaches and supports district leadership and restaurant teams by providing timely and consistent development.
- Ensures District Managers provide appropriate development for other team staff.
- Encourages District and Restaurant Management teams to improve performance.
- Demonstrates teamwork by holding regular district meetings, effectively resolving concerns, and ensuring resources are shared.
- Builds capability through execution of the Bench Planning and internal promotion processes.
- Ensures knowledge to drive execution of the hiring selection process in the district to hire only the best people.
- Ensures all management and receive effective and timely performance evaluations and development plans as appropriate.
- Drive a recognition culture by recognizing individuals and frequently encourages the district and restaurant teams to recognize each other.
- Displays positive energy throughout the market they support and fosters the same with their district teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of District Manager experience
- Reliable transportation
- valid driver's license and insurance for positions that require driving.
- Experience in supervising and managing staff
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
