Senior Engineer - Central Point Partners

Title: Senior Engineer (Level 3) (2 positions available: Sr. Systems Engineer & Sr. Network Engineer)

Location: Ohio (north west region)

Type: 6-month contract-to-hire OR Full-time/Direct Hire

Onsite: Hybrid, travel to client site(s)

On-call Rotation Schedule: 1 week once every 12 to 13 weeks

Our client is a multi-service technology solutions provider and headquartered in Lima, OH with multiple OH office locations (Toledo, Findlay, Mansfield, Columbus, Dayton) and Fort Wayne, IN.

Our client is growing and seeking to add two Senior Engineers (Sr. Systems Engineer & Sr. Network Engineer) to join their Service Operations Team. This resource will be responsible for supporting client projects and break/fix requests.

The Senior Engineers (Level 3) will be responsible for the completion of projects as well as serving as an
escalation point for technical issues. This position will require timely and professional communication with clients over the phone, via email and/or in person. The Senior Engineer will provide assistance using a variety of remote support platforms as well as on-site when required. The Senior Engineer will be asked to provide professional service delivery in an effort to elevate client satisfaction by analyzing
issues based on details provided by clients and information provided by the previous support representatives.

Requirements:

• Strong client-facing skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors
• Experience upgrading switches, upgrading servers, migrating data from one server to another, performing O365/Exchange migrations, plus more.
• Experience working for a solutions provider, B2B setting.
