Job Description Summary:
The Senior Equipment Coordinator will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and general office tasks in support of Equipment Manager and Equipment Team.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate and perform a range of division/department support activities; serve as a liaison with other divisions/departments.
- Update and maintain database records on equipment purchases, users, repairs and warranties
- Develop and implement guidelines for maintaining inventory levels and reorder points
- Communicating with departments/jobsites about equipment placement and safety
- Updating and maintaining vendor records
- Resolving purchase/maintenance discrepancies
- Open and constant communication with equipment users and managers
- Completing all necessary reports and records related to equipment
- Creating schedules for preventative maintenance and tracking its completion
- Schedule and coordinate travel, meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and/or other similar activities for Equipment Management Team
- Assist division/department in problem solving, project planning, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives
- Compose, prepare, or ensure timely response to a variety of routine inquiries
- Maintain professional manner with vendors, clients and employees
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years of construction equipment experience
- Three years of office/clerical experience or equivalent
- Ability to keyboard 50-60 wpm accurately
- Word processing and/or data entry skills
- Proficient knowledge of general office procedures and office machines
- Proficient in English verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner
- Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
- Reliability, dependability, and flexibility
