   1. On Screen Takeoff
   2. 5-10 years of estimating experience with a COMMERCIAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR.  
   3. Excel
   4. Experience with CM process
   5. Experience with bidding
   6. Great interpersonal skills
   7. Works well with a team
   8. DFCM project experience is a plus
