Senior Estimator/Project Manager - Heavy Civil - Gpac

An experienced Senior Heavy Civil Estimator/Project Manager is needed to support various public and private projects in the Greater Philadelphia region. As a key member of the team, you'll plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure completion within the set timeline and budget. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented candidates who excel at problem-solving and enjoy working in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review plans and specifications to establish project requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit detailed, accurate estimates within the provided time frame.
• Foster and maintain relationships with clients while soliciting bids and negotiating contracts.
• Lead and manage project staff, ensuring goals are met on schedule and within budget.
• Evaluate and prepare pricing for change orders as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent experience; five years of relevant heavy civil construction experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet usage, and specialized project software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Certified Professional Engineer (PE) designation and relevant safety certifications.
• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with regional familiarity.
