Senior Facilities Maintenance - Arrow Staffing Services

Arrow Staffing is seeking eager, reliable, and sharp individuals interested in the Manufacturing Industry to join their team! This organization is hiring for a Senior Facility Maintenance. Shift: 7am to 3:30pm Monday Friday

Pay: $25/hr. + Depending on Experience

Summary:

• Develops, oversees and improves processes for plant maintenance, cleaning, basic repairs and pest control for buildings and property.

• Keeps property clean and in orderly condition.

• Inspects and evaluates repairs to property or equipment to determine the type of work required.

• Identifies and communicates with management or consultants the need for repairs.

• Requisitions supplies and equipment for repairs, replacement, cleaning and maintenance duties.

• Understands waste and water disposal procedures. Follows safety principles for use of chemical cleaners, tools and power equipment in order to prevent damage.

Requirements, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Seeking a candidate with experience in manufacturing engineering, with CAD CAM development, CNC Programming, and training experience

• interprets instructions both written and oral. Works in a team with co-workers to resolve work issues. Knowledge of basic shop math. Forklift certification preferred but not required. Able to communicate effectively in English.

• Education and Experience, Bachelor s degree required. Previous work experience in manufacturing or facilities setting preferred.
