What We're Looking For
The Bank is seeking an experienced professional to support the Fair Lending Program in all aspects, reporting to the Program Director, Fair Lending. This position will support the team's strategic direction by supporting the Program Director in many program elements, including daily operations, training, policy governance, and other aspects as needed to advance CRB's Fair Lending Program.
Responsibilities:
The Fair Lending Program Senior Analyst works independently and collaboratively, in conjunction with individuals and teams within Fair Lending, Compliance, other Risk disciplines, and the business, to perform a wide range of duties including the following:
- Assist the Program Director, Fair Lending in the day-to-day operation of CRB's Fair Lending Program, in collaboration with the Head of Fair Lending, Compliance, Analytics, Data, Data Science, and other teams within CRB.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Experience with training design, preparation, and delivery of training materials in a fintech and/or banking environment.
- As needed, analyze current operational processes, identify improvements that will result in greater efficiencies, and implement improved processes.
- Synthesize and interpret relevant information related to the Bank's Fair Lending Program for regulatory workstreams, or to provide recommendations, support decision-making, and drive strategy.
- Experience with creating processes for developing, managing, and submitting regular or ad hoc internal and external reporting.
- Assist with the provision and/or facilitation of clear, concise, and effective Fair Lending reporting to senior management, executives, and governance bodies.
- Assist with the implementation, governance, and maintenance of program documentation and repositories.
- Provide timely and effective ad hoc support to Fair Lending team leadership and across Fair Lending team workstreams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with executing complex consumer compliance workstreams, for a fintech bank preferred, with Fair Lending exposure/experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficient using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and report creation tools. Experience with project management tools preferred.
- Experience in the financial service or banking sectors, preferably in fintech bank risk management, compliance, consumer lending products, or consumer credit risk management.
- Familiarity with U.S. Fair Lending and fair banking-related laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA/Reg B), Unfair, Deceptive and Abusive Act and Practices (UDAAP), and the Fair Housing Act (FHA).
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to varied level audiences.

- Experience with the audits and/or regulatory exams

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
