Overview
The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for the financial management of industry-leading clients. Specific duties include interpreting, understanding and developing forecasts, developing and tracking budgets, mentoring staff, monthly financial reviews and presentations, cash flow projections, monthly close, and account billing and receivables. The Senior Analyst is required to highlight key issues and minimize exposure items that may impact profitability or negative cash flow. The Senior Analyst will also be asked to perform ad hoc analysis in support of Client and Regional Finance requests.
Responsibilities
Detailed Description:
+ Partner with client teams and develop relationships with Business Managers and Marketing to influence productive and accurate client financial management
+ Can adapt to a fast-paced and exciting agency/client relationship
+ Lead client team meetings in management of financial metrics
+ Resolve issues, conflict and areas of potential exposure
+ Identify and proactively address and resolve issues
+ Formulate a high level "big picture" point of view
+ Provide thoughtful recommendations to solve business issues and implement solutions
+ Show judgment on when to elevate issues/requests and when to resolve independently
+ Represent Capability appropriately
+ Hone delegation and organizational skills to invoke efficiencies
+ Hone influencing and persuasive skills to become a trusted partner
+ Review and analyze key financial metrics
+ Take a business interest in managing an improved contribution margin
+ Manage forecast for assigned clients
+ Create and review journal entries for accuracy and appropriateness
+ Ensure complete, accurate and properly formatted documents prior to manager review
+ Evaluate requests to determine the most effective and efficient solution, and how it impacts the future financial management of the client/region
+ Ability to explain and translate financial reports/documents to team members
+ Prioritize and streamline tasks for self and staff to ensure accuracy and efficiencies
Qualifications
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a Finance or Accounting position.
+ Agency experience is a HUGE Plus!
+ The person must have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, as well as strong computer skills, in particular, Excel.
+ Familiarity using financial reporting systems such as SAP, or other query-based reporting tools is a plus.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
+ Understand accounting concepts (debits/credits, revenue recognition, percent complete, reserves/absorptions)
+ Require little direction and meet ongoing deadlines
+ Demonstrate initiative, responsibility and follow through for "owned" work
+ Accountability and flexibility
+ Possess strong organization and communication skills
+ Develop strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with diverse groups agency-wide
+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Maintain positive team player attitude

Compensation Range: $58,500 - $92,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this
position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based
on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position,
and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will
offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the
