Job Title: Senior Finance IT Analytics Analyst
Location: Bartlesville, Texas
Duration: 6+ months
Job Description: Primary Finance, Corporate Planning & Development, and Corporate Reserves (FinCPDRes) IT Analytics analyst, developer, support, and platform administrator. Developing and supporting Data Analytics and Automation solutions, administering/governing FinCPDRes-specific Analytics platforms with secondary role as backup on FinCPDRes-specific Automation platforms/solutions, consulting/governing FinCPDRes-embedded technology teams, consulting/governing FinCPDRes Citizen Development programs and participants, and assisting the FinCPDRes Data Architect in designing and overseeing data architecture and strategies.
Your responsibilities may include:
· Administer and maintain the Finance, CP&D, and Reserves Power BI Premium node, workspaces, gateways - which includes the deployment, configuration, and administration/governance in conjunction with the Enterprise partners
· Administer and maintain the Finance, CP&D, and Reserves Python environment which includes the platform's deployment, configuration, and administration/governance in conjunction with the Enterprise partners
· Develop and support Finance, CP&D, and Reserves Analytics SpotFire, PBI, Python, BObj, SQL, ETL, and other solutions.
· Mentor Finance IT Analytics staff Power BI skill development
· Consult and govern the Finance, CP&D, and Reserves Citizen Development (CD) program – ensuring compliant and sustainable solutions.
· Consult /guide business-embedded technology teams delivering CD solutions.
· Escalate/implement CD solutions in a controlled IT environment when they pose risk due to span of control, possible data exposure, perform a critical business process, etc.
· Help the IT-BC-FIN Data Architect develop, communicate, and implement the IT-BC-FIN Data vision, strategy, and roadmap that supports both Enterprise and constituent strategies.
Basic/Required:
· 7 or more years of experience in Analytics solution development and support
· 3 or more years of experience in Power BI administration, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Power BI infrastructure.
· Demonstrated experience in Python administration, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Python infrastructure.
· 3 or more years of experience with CoP Finance data, processes, platforms, primary constituents, and service delivery partners
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, other related IT business field
Preferred:
· Established working relationships with FinCPDRes service delivery partners – including business-embedded technology teams.
· Established working relationships with FinCPDRes constituents, processes, data, and solutions.
· Demonstrated experience/awareness of CoP Enterprise data strategies, security, platforms, etc.
· 3 or more years of experience operating or using IaaS and PaaS services in an enterprise environment.
· 3 or more years of experience using languages such as: Shell, Python, PowerShell, and derivative tools.
· 3 or more years of experience in DB design, deployment, support – such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Teradata, Oracle, etc.
· 3 or more years of Data Science experience
· Demonstrated experience with SSIS, Informatica, or other integration tools
· Microsoft certifications in Power BI or related technologies
· Intermediate knowledge of IT security and controls
· Intermediate proficiency in power BI data modeling, DAX, M query, and power query
· Intermediate proficiency with robotic process automation tools
· Exposure/awareness of emerging AI tools
· Demonstrated project and service delivery experience – including lean agile methodology.
· Demonstrated expereince leading service delivery teams – including managed service providers.
