Our software helps our incredibly hard-working business owners get more done and stress less. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a keen understanding of SaaS financial models, a can-do work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly SaaS metrics including annual recurring revenue waterfall, retention rates, cohorts, customer lifetime value, and customer acquisition cost
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against budget and forecast, identifying trends and providing actionable insights
Support the Senior Finance Manager in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process
Prepare and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and investors
Partner with department leaders including Sales, Payments, and Customer Experience to provide insights on key business activities and drive retention
Develop and maintain financial models to assess company performance and support business initiatives
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required to drive company growth and efficiency improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA preferred
3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced skills in Excel
In-depth understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition principles
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Positive, can-do attitude, with the desire to learn and grow
