This supply chain finance position with Innovative Medicine will be responsible for activities within the North America PIC COE. The role's focus is to consolidate gross-to-net North America inventory for both actuals and forecast cycles. This requires the analyst to build and maintain strong relationships within NA IMSC finance by providing accounting expertise and leadership. The key to this role is to partner with local finance teams as well as work closely with IMSC affiliates, IMPO (Janssen Business Services/JBS), and IM Global Tax Planning ensuring that Supply Chain and Affiliate Gross Profit (AGP) related financial processes are aligned across teams and follows Johnson and Johnson Worldwide Procedures (WWPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the collection, consolidation, and storytelling of North America Net Inventory for MRC 1542 & 2162 for all actual and forecast cycles.
- Manage inbound freight for non-Deliver Sites (Source & Make) and Excise Tax.
- Generate monthly Run Cycle Count Reports for the US Distribution Center and Gurabo Plant. Also, create Bin Status Reports (Inventory by Location) for the Puerto Rico Tax Team. Collaborate with the DELIVER Team to document the monthly In-Bound Freight Expenses.
- Provide quarter close support by booking journal entries and performing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial requests to support business needs.
- Maintain cross-finance communication to determine and frame the big picture regarding business impacts.
- Rigorously adhere to compliance standards and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles is required.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
- Experience with SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, and similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Excellent ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail is required.
- The preferred locations for the role are Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. C onsideration may be granted for remote work on a case-by-case basis. This role may require up to 10% travel.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
