Job Details
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly reports and analysis on financials to be distributed to the business.
Perform monthly analysis of revenue vs forecast, with details of under- or over-performance.
Responsible for the preparation and presentation of accurate monthly summary of expenses such as direct costs (labor & materials) with concise action-oriented commentary and analysis to designated management.
Responsible for developing forward-looking forecasts, budgets, and scenario planning.
Drive decision making across the business to meet organizational objectives by providing insightful financial analysis, interpretations, predictions, support, tools and recommendations; and clearly communicate results and recommendations to ensure clarity and optimal decision making.
Develop and perform reporting of operating metrics that ensures financial performance, e.g. customer cohort analysis.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role
Hands-on experience with Tableau
Comfortable using advanced analytical tools (e.g., SQL)
Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
Experience with putting financial presentations together via PowerPoint
Familiarity with finance databases
Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
Experience in multi-site business is a plus
Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
