The individual will be immersed in all aspects of businesses to develop guest and member insights, analyze operations, and identify potential areas for improvement.

What the Sr. Financial Analyst will do

• Collaborate with leaders and corporate support staff to identify data needs, transform data into actionable insights, and position our client's operations as best in class.
• Examine various types of data related to operations, including customer profiles, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Develop comprehensive analysis of customer data to identify trends and inform business decisions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, data analytics, financial summaries, forecasts, and budgets.
• Work closely with operations team leaders and support functions, such as marketing and accounting, to ensure goals align and data drives actionable results.
• Gather data, generate reports, interpret analyses, and deliver actionable insights through detailed reports and dashboards.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and recommend improvements.
• Participate in developing and implementing financial strategies, including pricing models, cost control measures, and investment evaluations.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the hospitality industry.
• Support the financial aspects of new projects, including feasibility studies, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial considerations into project planning and execution.

Requirements of the Sr. Financial Analyst

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience with a blend of accounting and financial analysis
• Experience in the Hospitality industry
• Profitsage experience a PLUS (+)
