Senior Financial Analyst
We are partnering with a locally headquartered company seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
This role requires excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective presentation skills to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, including forecasting and scenario analysis.
Create and enhance reporting metrics to analyze income statements, productivity, and key financial drivers.
Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather input for financial planning and ensure accurate financial projections.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed to support business initiatives and strategic projects.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and budgeting/forecasting.
Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
