Senior ForgeRock Engineer
You Will
- Lead IAM ForgeRock engagements, delivering services directly to clients.
- Design and validate security solutions aligned with client objectives and best practices.
- Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions for User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, and Privileged Account Management.
- Develop, design, and implement identity and access management solutions using the ForgeRock Identity Platform.
- Collaborate with DevOps and operations teams to ensure the smooth deployment and operation of ForgeRock components in production environments.
- Apply engineering principles into the design and enhancement of new and existing systems.
- Communicate effectively across both business and technical teams within the organization.
- Effectively communicate technical information to business and executive levels.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock AM.
- Strong proficiency and Technical Expertise in ForgeRock Access Manager.
- Ability to confidently engage in technical conversations with product teams, application owners, architects, and other engineers in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space.
- Deep understanding of the capabilities of ForgeRock Access Manager within various contexts, including:
- Authentication and Authorization: Comprehensive knowledge of authentication mechanisms, single sign-on (SSO), and access control policies.
- Performance Optimization: Strong ability to analyze and improve the performance of ForgeRock AM deployments.
- Customization and Integration: Experience customizing ForgeRock AM and integrating it with various systems and applications.
- High Availability and Scalability: Understanding of setting up ForgeRock Access Manager for high availability and scalability to ensure reliability.
- Proven track record of running ForgeRock AM in a DevOps environment.
- Ability to hit the ground running and integrate quickly into the team.
- Exceptional collaborative communication skills.
- Strong documentation skills, ensuring solution accuracy and adherence to solid testing processes in a highly complex environment.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
