They seek a talented Software Developer to enhance their data-driven software applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner requirements. This is on a Right to Hire Basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications and databases.
• Create and modify code based on project specifications and change requests.
• Execute unit tests and document code changes and testing outcomes.
• Analyze and improve workflows and data models for efficiency.
• Implement quality control and robust testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve system issues and define project deliverables.
• Provide user education and support for system enhancements.

Qualifications:

Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Angular, JavaScript, SQL Server, and relevant development tools. Familiarity with property and casualty insurance software is a plus.
