Senior Graphic Designer - MB2 DENTAL

Overview:

The Senior Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for leading the creative design process, ensuring the visual elements align with our brand identity and business objectives. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, bringing innovative design concepts to life and elevating the overall visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design team, providing mentorship and guidance.

Conceptualize and create visual assets for various marketing materials, including print and digital campaigns.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create engaging and effective design solutions.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and creativity.

Present design concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders, gathering feedback and implementing revisions.

Conduct quality assurance checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Proven experience as a graphic designer, demonstrating a strong portfolio of creative work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Experience in leading and directing a design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.

Understanding of web design principles and digital media formats.
