ABOUT THE JOB
Modere is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the visual direction of marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and producing high-quality, visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to lead projects from concept to execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and manage the design process for a variety of projects including digital, print, packaging, and branding. Develop visually stunning and innovative graphics that elevate our brand.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and overall visual strategy. Create and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and communications teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Mentor junior designers by providing guidance and constructive feedback to improve their skills and elevate the team’s overall creative output.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Continuously bring new ideas and creative approaches to enhance the company’s visual identity.
- Collaborate with developers and UX/UI teams to create intuitive, user-centric designs for web and mobile applications when required.
- Oversee the production process for print materials, ensuring accuracy and quality control from concept to final product.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand design needs and translate concepts into compelling visual assets that meet business objectives.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position does not supervise people.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Recommended:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, and/or a combination of 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate branding, marketing collateral, and print layout production.
- Must demonstrate exceptional creativity, an eye for detail, technical skills, organization and file management skills, communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and familiarity with Figma or Sketch for UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative skills, including branding, digital, print, and packaging design.
- Exceptional skills in typography, layout, and attention to detail. Able to create designs that are both functional and visually appealing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and effectively to non-designers.
- Ability to think critically and solve design challenges while maintaining a high level of creativity.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, new projects, and timelines.
Preferred:
- Experience in animation, motion graphics, or video editing.
- Familiarity with web design principles, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of print production processes and materials.
- Experience with design for social media and digital advertising.
