WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The company is on a path of significant growth over the next three to five years. We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned HRBP who will partner with the leadership team of the assigned function(s) to execute the annual talent strategy and achieve business objectives.
This role identifies, develops and implements a talent strategy that supports the overall business objectives and strategic direction of the organization in the areas of workforce planning, talent managements, organization effectiveness, and employee engagement and retention. Specifically, this role will successfully create and implement innovative solutions for employee retention; drive the performance management program that effectively increases productivity; design and maintain HR policies and procedures; forecast talent needs and address talent gaps; and develop workforce plans and programs that align with the Company's mission, culture and overall strategic objectives. This role will also orchestrate learning skills and career development of the workforce; organizational design; performance management; employee relations; and compensation planning.
This role will report to the Senior Director, HR Business Partner and is a full-time position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will lead all aspects of the global Human Resource initiatives for your assigned function(s).
Responsibilities:
- Partner weekly with the Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales organizations and corresponding senior leadership team.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals, culture, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic direction.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the company has the right talent in place to achieve its objectives.
- Streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Leverage deep understanding of the business to effect change and achieve business outcomes by proactively diagnosing issues and developing people strategy and talent management practices aligned to the enterprise approach.
- Drive HR excellence across the direct and matrixed HR teams.
- Guide and mentor less-experienced HR Business Partners.
Requirements:
- Direct people leadership experience; global experience a plus.
- Partnership and collaboration with C-level executives
- Thorough understanding of HR disciplines
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience working with global and diverse teams.
- Strong organizational ability, self-driven and proactive to complete tasks and projects.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attentive to detail, customer oriented, able to handle multiple priorities with deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
