About the role/team
The Senior HR Business Partner will partner with the senior leadership of Revenue and Operations to help align the people and the business strategies. There are two core aspects of this role; the administrative side (ER, process, employee support, etc) and the thought partner side (change agent, org design to increase productivity, succession planning, coaching and influence, etc). With leadership, you will work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results. You will consult at every phase, from ideation and change management to launch.
What you’ll do
- Build trusted relationships and consult with Revenue and Operations management, including executive levels, providing People/HR guidance as appropriate
- Gather data to aid in trend analysis and gain insight to contribute to solutions, programs, opportunities for learning, and to aid in influencing leadership in decision-making
- Conduct employee relations investigations and make outcome recommendations
- Proactively partner with in-house counsel to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coach and partner with various levels of management on ways to improve working relationships, build morale, increase productivity, engagement, and retention
- Partner with team members across the company to ensure a highly effective and collaborative workplace
- Provide insight on and support the execution of restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning with guidance and support from the Sr Director, People Experience & HRBP, and management
- Execute company-wide programs within Revenue and Operations, including the annual performance and compensation cycle, engagement survey action planning, etc., with the programs team's support
What you bring
- 8 years of experience in all areas of HR (comp, benefits, operations, programs) and using these skills to contribute to cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving for the business and with a company-wide lens.
- Passionate about building relationships with all levels of management, employees, and cross-functional partners. The right candidate can flex from doing very tactical work to strategic initiatives multiple times a day. Ability to influence outcomes at all levels is also required.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where priorities and projects frequently shift. Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and maintain focus and efficiency in a high-pressure setting. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions in uncertain or rapidly evolving situations is required.

Consistently makes well-informed choices, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals, while adhering to the highest ethical standards. Adept at tailoring messages to suit the context and the audience, whether in presentations, reports, or everyday interactions. Demonstrates active listening and the ability to engage in meaningful dialogue, ensuring clarity, understanding, and alignment.
- Possesses a data-first mindset, with the ability to scrutinize, provide insights, and collaborate on initiatives to enhance data outcomes. This role is not required to perform data analysis or metrics directly.

The base salary range for this roleis $157,463 to$185,250in San Francisco, CA.
