Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Radwell International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team. This dual role will involve analyzing business needs, managing projects, and ensuring that IT solutions align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills and project management expertise, driving initiatives from conception through execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:May be modified from time to time.Other duties may be assigned.
·Required to gather project and business requirements as it relates to new and existing systems and solutions to be used as a part of the company’s information technology software by collaborating with stakeholders and business end users.
·Work with team and stakeholders across all business units and translate business requirements into specific software solutions; review, analyze, and create detailed documents including workflow diagrams, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
·Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support project decisions.
·Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
·Develop functional specifications and process documentation.
·Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful delivery.
·Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
·Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
·Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
·Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.
·Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and gather feedback.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
·Provide training for end-users on the software the team has created, as required.
·Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and project team members.
·Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

·To consistently meet monthly deadlines and objectives as agreed and typically described in monthly reviews or through other project planning efforts
·To handle ongoing projects and day-to-day demands that are not identified in formal monthly objectives in a timely and accurate manner
·Adherence to budgets
·Adherence to/achievement of benefits described in project business case (cost/benefit) analyses
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Epicor Prophet 21 knowledge is a plus.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
·Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
·5+ years of experience in IT business analysis and project management.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
·Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, Agile certifications) are a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
·Continuous sitting and typing for extended periods.
·Occasional, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
·Lifting requirements include occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
