The IT Manager - Security Engineering with report directly to the RCP Director of Information Security, and provide the vision and strategic direction for building and running Consumer Products’ Continuous Monitoring, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, Network and Cloud security programs. The role will have full accountability for management of the related architecture, engineering, processes, technologies and service providers’ relationships while partnering with business unit and other functional stakeholders. The services and capabilities will be developed with adherence to policies, relevant industry frameworks, regulatory, compliance and operational performance requirements. The Sr. IT Manager - Security Engineering will be accountable for all aspects of the delivery of Cyber Defense services
You will have the opportunity to:
Account for All Critical Assets: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all critical technology assets, including IT, IoT, and cloud-based resources, to ensure they are secured and monitored effectively.
Identify and Prioritize Vulnerabilities: Detect security vulnerabilities across IT, IoT, and cloud-based environments. Prioritize based on risk, criticality, and remediation effort forecasts. Develop targeted patching schedules and vulnerability remediation plans.
Collaborate on Remediation: Work closely with application/system owners to address and remediate vulnerabilities promptly. Facilitate efficient, proactive issue resolution, removing barriers and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Hold Asset Owners Accountable: Ensure asset owners are accountable for vulnerability remediation identified through regular scanning and assessment, promoting a culture of shared responsibility in security.
Threat Intelligence-Driven Risk Mitigation: Use threat intelligence insights to prioritize and tailor risk mitigation efforts, enhancing the organization’s resilience to emerging threats.
Foster a Security-First Culture: Shape the security culture by driving adherence to relevant policies, standards, and procedures. Encourage secure practices across teams to reinforce overall cybersecurity posture.
Implement Advanced Security Solutions: Deploy cutting-edge security tools and practices to strengthen asset protection. Leverage automation and analytics to streamline security operations and improve detection and response capabilities.
Monitor Key Security Metrics: Develop and track KPIs and risk metrics to continually assess the effectiveness of security strategies, making adjustments based on data-driven insights.
Enhance Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate effective communication between IT Operations, Security Engineering, Architecture, and business units, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of security issues when needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
We need you to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar area of study, or a directly related field with 10 or more years of work experience.
10+ years’ work experience of leading Cyber Engineering Management.
Exceptional ability to assess and communicate information security concepts and practices, with both business and IT stakeholders.
Prior experience supporting hybrid multi-cloud environments, including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and on-premises solutions.
Proven experience in design, implementation, and operations of a cyber-defense program with heavy leverage of managed security service provider(s).
Working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, ISO 2700x, and COBIT frameworks/standards in relation to a cyber-defense program.
