The successful candidate will work alongside the global team and have expertise in Windows and Mac Operating Systems
They will be responsible for providing on site desktop support and ensuring steady operation of the organization's infrastructure both locally and remote

- 50% Windows Systems Support
- 50% Mac OS Systems Support
- 60% Hands-On IT Support (Helpdesk, Troubleshooting)
- 20% MDM and JAMF Management
- 20% Collaboration with Systems/Infrastructure Teams
