About the Job
As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) In a Client Focused role within BCG's Tech & Digital Advantage Practice Area, you will work together with project and proposal teams to help BCG clients in dealing with complex IT outsourcing environments and conducting Tech transformations to build world-class Technology functions. This also includes, for example, sourcing transaction support, outsourcing advisory, defining the IT or Tech strategy, defining the collaboration and operating model for business, digital and technology, modeling the future IT/digital workforce/talent set-up, driving efficiency within the Tech function, or assessing the client’s tech performance across multiple dimensions.
You will deliver value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data and related expertise, etc.). You will contribute on cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help case teams create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.
You will support commercialization efforts for the Tech. Sourcing and World Class Technology Function topic working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing to the development of intellectual property, knowledge assets and marketing material for the business. You will also assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic expertise.
