Key Responsibilities: + **Lead Transportation Planning** : Oversee transportation planning, conceptual engineering, and traffic engineering practices in North Florida. + **Project Management** : Manage various surface transportation project developments, including planning, feasibility, and corridor studies. + **Client Relationship Development** : Cultivate and maintain client relationships, driving project pursuits and execution. + **Staff Development** : Foster the growth of staff resources in Jacksonville and collaborate with other offices throughout Florida. Apply today to join our team and make a significant impact on North Florida’s transportation landscape. **Qualifications** **Minimum:** + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban/Regional Planning, or a related field. + 10 years of experience in transportation and traffic planning, including 2 years in project management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. **Preferred:** + Knowledge of transportation project development, planning, NEPA, conceptual engineering, and public involvement/outreach techniques. + Strong written and oral communication skills. + Public presentation experience. + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. **Additional Information** + Relocation is not an option for this position + Visa support is not an option for this position \#LI-SG1 Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
