POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the : Senior Manager, Content Strategy + Brand, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of WeddingPro's social media and content initiatives. This role is central to enhancing our brand presence, engaging our community, and aligning content with our business goals. You'll lead a team of creative professionals, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and use data-driven insights to optimize our social and content strategies. A key focus of this role is developing targeted educational content that resonates with both our paid clients and prospective vendors, ensuring they receive valuable insights and strategies to thrive in the wedding industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy that aligns with WeddingPro's brand objectives, vendor needs, and business goals.
- Lead the ideation, creation, and distribution of content across all social platforms, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and brand messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content supports demand generation, customer retention, and overall brand perception.
Content Development and Management:
- Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content is produced for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other channels.
- Manage the production of high-quality content, including video, graphics, and written materials, that resonates with our target audience.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized, accurate, and aligned with industry trends and best practices.
Social Engagement:
- Foster an engaged and loyal online community by developing strategies to increase interaction and build relationships with vendors and industry influencers.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to vendor inquiries, and manage online reputation.
- Lead social listening efforts to stay informed about industry conversations and emerging trends.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of social media and content professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and cohesive campaigns that drive business results.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of social and content initiatives, reporting on ROI and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Event And Campaign Support:
- Partner with the events team to create compelling content and social strategies that support WeddingPro's presence at industry events, webinars, and workshops.
- Lead the development of storytelling initiatives that showcase WeddingPro's thought leadership and industry influence.

SUCCESSFUL SENIOR MANAGER, CONTENT STRATEGY & BRAND:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience leading a team and driving successful social media and content campaigns.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and SEO best practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Passion for the wedding industry or experience in B2B marketing is highly desirable.
