Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Insights: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to gain insights on product performance, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors.
- Analytics Framework: Develop reporting structures and KPIs to guide growth and profitability for deposit products.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the forecasting process, establish benchmarks, and monitor business progress toward these goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in Product, Marketing, and Operations to align and execute strategic initiatives.
- Leadership: Potential to lead and mentor 1-2 analysts, providing direction and guidance within a matrix organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics) or equivalent experience.
- 8 years in product, marketing, finance, or related roles.
- Proven experience in Analytics, Consulting, Financial Services, or Product Strategy.
- Advanced knowledge of SAS, SQL, R, or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, and Excel.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex data analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Onsite presence required in Cleveland, OH, Shelton, CT, or New York, NY.
- Experience managing 1-2 offshore analysts.
- Advanced technical skills in SAS or similar analytical coding languages (SQL, R, Python).
- Strong data visualization and presentation abilities using Looker Studio, Tableau, Excel, or PowerPoint.
