The Senior Manager, Demand Enablement and Orchestration will play a crucial role in empowering the coordination of our Marketing and Sales teams with the tools, resources and knowledge needed to increase their productivity and effectiveness of early funnel buyer intent and leads. This highly collaborative role will orchestrate with internal partners from across the business to build and operationalize demand activities, aligning with Marketing, Sales Operations, Field Sales and Partners. A key responsibility is to monitor plan performance and develop proposed changes as needed.
This role will work directly with sales and marketing leadership to identify and create of a set of demand initiatives, sales actions and programs to increase sales pipeline generated from early-stage marketing activities. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing monthly reporting processes for sales management and collaborators, including critical metric dashboards & scorecards, across all stages of a designated portfolio of demand initiatives and campaigns.
Ideally located in the Greater Chicagoland area.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to sales and marketing to ensure alignment and
collaboration on revenue related initiatives.
• Create tools and processes that accelerate leads to closed revenue.
• Manage and optimize processes, including system/tool integration where relevant, that drive
alignment between sales and marketing.
• Provide training and coaching to sales teams on data, tools and marketing resources to help
accelerate deals.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness demand spectrum programs and initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and data vendors to recommend
enhancements to our data strategies aligned to acceleration of business activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
+ 12+ years of experience to include sales and / or marketing stakeholder management
+ Business consultation experience
+ Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing methodologies
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
+ Ability to travel up to 25%

Salary: USD 150400.00 - USD 225600.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
