I. Job Summary
+ The Sr. Manager of Organizational Change Management will partner with program leadership to strategize, manage, and support change efforts to align with the Finance transformation. This will include championing change behaviors and adoption strategies into the business goals and tactics
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other additional duties may be assigned.
+ Oversees overall change team workflow, allocating and mentoring teammates and other resources as needed, to ensure initiatives are optimally supported to realize expected business value
+ Evaluates the effectiveness of change initiatives and regularly review outcomes with leaders. Identifies opportunities, provides thought leadership, and ensures continuous improvement on key change processes, including team templates and methodology contributing to a lean/agile approach
+ Partners on managing efforts to create visibility into change, engagement, communications, and training strategies and tactics
+ Engages with business leadership, program sponsors and business owners regularly to understand changes and value impacts expectations
+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategies and tactics that facilitate faster, more sustainable adoption, which will include:
+ Leader socialization strategies
+ Impact assessments
+ Readiness strategies
+ Communication plans
+ Learning interventions
+ Support tactics
+ Success measures
+ Sustainment plans
+ Fosters collaboration across change practitioners at the Organization
III. Supervisory Responsibilities
+ The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of individual contributors.
IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. Must live and work in the US.
A. Education and Experience
+ Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Change Management, Communications, adult education or a similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
+ Experience: Ten (10) years of previous experience (in addition to education)
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, or Other Requirements
+ None required.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Required
+ Experience completing complex transformational initiatives.
+ Strong leadership and management skills, preferably at least two (2) years experience managing teams.
+ Adaptable, agile, collaborative, and passionate about the work and success.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have the skills to tell a story visually and succinctly, and to communicate up, down, and across.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, operating in an Agile framework.

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $115,000- $174,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
