Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships will play a key role in developing and managing Sand Technologies' partnerships across the United States. This position is responsible for cultivating strong relationships, driving joint business opportunities, and ensuring the success of our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned ISV, reseller, and consulting partners
- Develop and execute partner-specific business plans to drive mutual revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner initiatives with company strategy
- Monitor and report on partnership KPIs and success metrics
- Coordinate joint marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies
- Resolve partner escalations and ensure high partner satisfaction
- Represent Sand Technologies at industry events and partner meetings
- 20% domestic travel required for partner meetings and industry events
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in technology partnership management or similar role
- Proven track record of managing successful partner relationships
- Understanding of enterprise software, AI, and data solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with partner relationship management tools
- US based remote work position
