Description
We are hiring a Manager of Strategy and Insights to support growth and efficiency of our enterprise customer success team as well as supporting broader One Medical strategic priorities. Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Strategy and Insights, this person will be responsible for leading strategy for the customer growth vertical in collaboration with the VP of Customer Success. They will lead a team of two data analysts to build analytics solutions to generate insights that will inform our strategy. They will also lead the design and implementation of new strategic capabilities related to growth and efficiency. The Senior Manager will also lead the evolution of how we tell our story to key clients and partners, enabling us to build deeper relationships and strengthen our value proposition moving forward.
In this role, you will need to be a big picture thinker, self-starter, and analytical thought partner to OM4B leadership. This role has significant executive and C-Suite exposure and opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate would also have experience building and delivering executive communications to convey complex qualitative and quantitative concepts.
Key job responsibilities
Lead strategic cross functional growth initiatives for One Medical for Business
Inform strategic decisions and investments by building and using analytics solutions leveraging data from our current customer base and other sources across One Medical
Support the design and execution of Amazon's healthcare strategy integrating One-Medical into Amazon Health Services
Develop C-level strategic plans
Manage a team of strategy and analytics resources
Build management tools to help account teams and senior leadership diagnose, investigate, solve current-state issues, and predict future needs
Collaborate with our product and data engineering teams to curate the enterprise data pipeline, ensure its stability, and design out new features
Participate in client discussions to deliver insights and lead collaboration on future joint analytical efforts
Design analytics solutions that tell the One Medical story to our clients, with a focus on providing meaningful and actionable insights
About the team
(OM4B) partners with employers to offer their employees convenient access to One Medical providers through unlimited on-demand virtual care, remote primary care, and in-person visits in 29 markets. Our advanced primary care model promotes wellness and prevention with integrated chronic, behavioral, pediatric, and acute care support. Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years commercial growth experience in strategy or consulting roles; 4 years will be considered if a minimum of 2 years experience comes from a top tier strategy consulting firm
- Analytics expertise in SQL, Excel, Data Visualization tools (ex. Tableau)
- Experience directly or indirectly managing a small team is required
- Flexible thinking and an ability to adapt in an evolving and growing organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct / indirect experience with Amazon mechanisms
- Healthcare experience
- MBA or Advanced degree
- Experience from a top tier strategy consulting firm
- Experience designing growth strategy for customer success

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $117,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $202,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
