Position Overview
The Strategy Planning Manager (or Sr. Manager) will lead the development and implementation of
strategic initiatives that align with the organization's long-term goals.
This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth, assess
market trends, and drive initiatives that enhance business performance and competitive advantage.

Annual Base Salary up to 120K

Bilingual Korean Strategy planning Sr. manager
- Work hours: Mon-Friday 9-6. Some evenings and weekends as needed per business operation’s needs.
- Work Model: The position is required to be onsite (HQ or stores)
- Travel requirements: Travel may be needed per business operations needs and will be up to 15% of the time.

Position Overview
The Strategy Planning Manager (or Sr. Manager) will lead the development and implementation of
strategic initiatives that align with the organization's long-term goals.
This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth, assess
market trends, and drive initiatives that enhance business performance and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Analysis and Planning
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in existing and new markets.
- Set specific measurable goals aligned with overall business direction.
- Develop strategic plans and roadmaps that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Evaluate business operations and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Manage the product roadmap and planning the product strategy including pricing position.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with senior executives, department heads, and other stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to brainstorm and develop strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams.
- Build strong relationships across departments to foster collaboration and support for strategic initiatives.
3. Project & Task Management
- Lead and manage strategic projects and task from conception through implementation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor progress and performance against strategic goals, making adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Direct the sales & store support team to timely support the sales and stores.
- Manage the Task Force and evaluate them.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on strategy outcomes and business performance.
- Prepare daily sales report and regular reports to Korea.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance strategic planning and execution.
6. Korea liaison and take strategic initiative for the US sales
- Product management, new product introduction (NPI) & pricing strategy.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report for US HQ and Korea.
- Weekly report to the CEO
7. Other duties per management request

- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial principles and the ability to analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to embrace change and innovation.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in strategic planning tools and software, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience & Educational background requirements: With Bachelor’s degree with minimum
- 10 years - experience in strategic planning, business analysis, strategic business data analysis, strategic sales or Marketing, product strategy, business strategy and planning or similar fields.
- Experience managing team at least 5 people.
- English/Korean bilingual is required due to communicating and reporting to Korea
