Technical skills necessary to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing or equivalent; or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
Experience: 5+ years, with practical experience and expertise in multiple domains.
- Expert-level understanding of agile methodologies, leading project management.
- Mastery of Tealium AudienceStream for advanced data analysis and segmentation.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms for sophisticated campaign management.
- Proficient in complex data analysis, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Expertise in advanced web technologies and programming languages.
- Leadership in executing and optimizing SMS and push notification campaigns.
- Comprehensive understanding of UTM parameters for strategic tracking.
- Advanced skills in campaign tracking, analysis, and strategic reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, Snowflake, and SQL for advanced analysis.
Here's some of what you'll be responsible for:
- Lead the execution and optimization of sophisticated cross-channel campaigns.
- Design and implement complex segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Oversee technical aspects of SMS and push notification campaigns, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
- Lead advanced data analysis projects, turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Coordinate large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
- Collaborate with developers and other departments to enhance marketing technology integration.
- Mentor junior specialists, providing guidance and support for career development.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize marketing tools.
- Develop and enforce data management and privacy policies across marketing platforms.
- Lead technical aspects of campaign creation (within Salesforce CRM) and UTM link tracking strategies. Develop and document standards to ensure adherence across the ministry.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
