An industry leader in heavy mechanical and process piping is looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join their team in Louisville, KY. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Mechanical Project Manager position include:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in construction or service, with 5+ years as a Mechanical Project Foreman.
• Expertise in process piping, heavy mechanical work, and pipefitting across varied job scopes.
• Kentucky Mechanical Journeyman License required; a Master Mechanical License is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage commercial and industrial projects, ensuring budget and schedule adherence.
• Lead and mentor teams of project managers, site supervisors, and field staff, promoting safety and core values.
• Coordinate project phases from initial estimates and material ordering to job closeout and billing.
• Ensure OSHA and industry-specific code compliance, maintaining high safety standards.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with project management software.

Salary: $105,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with additional incentives up to 20% bonus annually.
