Faculty participate in research and continually advance their knowledge as they mentor leading-edge and compassionate -care.

-Work Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am to 5:30pm
- Tuesdays from 7am to 7:30pm
- Medical Assistant will rotate Saturdays from 8am to 12pmJob Duties & Responsibilities:You will be involved in rooming patients for virtual and on-site procedures, taking and recording patient vitals, performing point of care testing, injections, medication administration, and EKGs, assisting clinicians with examinations and procedures, preparing exam/treatment rooms with necessary supplies and equipment, completing patient-specific paperwork, ensuring EMR is up-to-date, ensuring adequate staff coverage, participating in new hire orientation, handling patient call backs, sterilizing medical equipment, handling prior authorizations, referrals, and medical refills, scheduling tests, procedures, and surgeries, performing quality control on POCT equipment, providing documentation assistance, performing clerical duties, and ordering and maintaining office clinical supplies and equipment.

Education Requirements:- High School Graduate or GED required.
- A graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant Program or hold current Medical Assistant Certification by a national organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
- 2 years' experience as a Medical Assistant is required; 3 years' experience is preferred. ---
