If you thrive in a dynamic office environment and have a keen attention to detail, we encourage you to apply! + **Job Title: Senior On-Site Service Specialist.Managed Services Onsite** + **Job Duration: 7 Month** + **Job Location: Bellevue, WA 98004 United States** + **Shift: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (M-F)** + **Pay Rate: $20.72/per hour** **Job Description:** **Worker will:** + Receive packages and scan them into a web based tracking system + Occasionally deliver mail/packages, sort mail by department, perform data entry(excel skills required), scan mail to be indexed, and give service to internal and external customers. + Some light indexing(uploading files to particular online cases already in the system may be needed on a case-by-case basis. **QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications) Typically Required: -** + Requires high school diploma, GED and 1 -2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field. + Some related copy job experience is preferred. + May require valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per the company policy. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES -** + Excellent customer service skills + Good PC skills + Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize + Mathematical and filing skills + Ability to use office machines and technical equipment **WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS** + Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level + Work assignments are diversified.
