Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Branch Operations

•  Develop and execute operational strategies specific to the New York branch, ensuring alignment with company goals.

•  Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

- Project Management

• Oversee project execution from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Work closely with project managers to identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies.

- Process Optimization

• Analyze branch processes to identify and implement efficiency improvements and cost-saving measures.

• Track and evaluate performance metrics to maintain and enhance operational standards.

- Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.

•  Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout project cycles.

- Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.

• Drive quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of project deliverables.

- Budget and Financial Management

• Develop and manage the branches operational budget, promoting cost-effective solutions and accountability.

• Identify and incorporate emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the civil engineering or construction sector.

• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing large teams and complex projects.

• Demonstrated success in process optimization, cost management, and performance improvement.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to engage and influence at all levels.

• Proficiency with project management software and other relevant technology.
